This innovative small medical office is a micropractice, inspired by the Ideal Medical Care Movement. It is staffed only by the physician, which allows for a more personalized approach and less opportunity for medical error.
Dr. Katy Hartman is a Family Medicine physician with additional training in psychiatric prescribing. She received the degree of Medical Doctor from the Indiana University School of Medicine, attended a certified three-year post-graduate residency program, and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She completed the Master Psychopharmacology Program through the Neuroscience Education Institute. She is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and is currently pursuing additional board certification training in Lifestyle Medicine.
In order to provide the safest medical care, this medical practice does not prescribe or continue prescriptions for long-term opioid or benzodiazepine medications.
An appointment is required for medication refills and to address medical or psychiatric concerns.
Messages received through the patient portal will be answered within 2 business days unless otherwise noted on the website.
LOCATION: This medical office is located on the second floor of the Martindale Building in downtown Laramie, Wyoming. The entrance is located between Martindale's and Roxie's. There is no elevator. If stairs are difficult to navigate, Telehealth can be utilized.
